Position statement
The National Carer Organisations have published a joint position statement on the National Care Service Bill which is currently making its way through the Scottish Parliament.
In it we recognised the need for social care form, the ambitions of the Independent Review of Adult Social Care and the National Care Service Bill, however we would like to see more urgent progress being made on key provisions, including the Right to a Break from caring.
