To foster a community of learning exchange and practice development and help others stay informed of emerging needs and practices. We want to provide inspiration at a particularly challenging time for the health and social care sector, as well as:
• share experiences and learn from others in the field.
• showcase the best in personalised short breaks provision and practice
• provide a stimulating space for innovative and strategic thinking which can lead to new ideas
