Peace of Mind is a Social Enterprise company supporting disabled people who are at risk of or are experiencing social exclusion and / or social isolation to re-engage with their friends and communities. We focus on providing our users with fun experiences and building new friendships whether that’s attending a local football match, going to the gym, visiting different places or developing new skills, we offer it all. The Peace of Mind programme aims to cultivate communities and nurture natural networks. This means that we seek to support and assist disabled people, people with long-term illness or other life limiting health conditions to think about what they would like to do and how this would make them happier and better connected with their local community. Then we go about helping you to make it happen. If you are an individual, or if you want to register for the Peace of Mind programme on behalf of someone else, you can complete our simple €œRegistration Form€œ. Once you have registered, the Peace of Mind Programme Co-ordinator will make contact with you to find out more about what you would like to do, how you would like to do it and how we can assist and / or support you
