Full service description:

The Little Care Hub supports unpaid carers and can include those that they can for. Sessions are personalized, carer led and can be 1-1, family or in a group. The information side is letting people know about what support and services and available to them like the free services here at North Lanarkshire Disability Forum which include support with form filling (adult/child disability payment including change of circumstances or an appeal, blue badge, bus pass, housing etc), support with social work including sitting in on meetings taking notes and following up on commitments. We refer people for OT's, funding applications for aids and adaptions, referrals, find groups and activities, signpost and more. The wellness side is looking at wellness tools, therapeutic art, going for a walk or even just having a chat.
