Brief description:
Cornerstone Shared Lives and Short Breaks is an adult placement service, matching people with extra support needs to carers, to be cared for and supported in the home of the carer as one of the family. We provide long and short term placements in the homes of our full time carers.

What is included/not included in the price of the break:
All costs are covered for food, laundry, utilities etc. If outings are requested, a mileage charge would be paid if the carers car is used. Entry fees, cinema and other outing costs would be met by the client.
