Full service description:

By providing a range of high quality services, designed to meet and respond to the needs of individuals, we are now one of the largest voluntary sector providers of social care in Scotland. Cornerstone have had a presence in North Lanarkshire since 2000 and now provide over 80 services in the area. Our services are designed to be flexible to meet the individual needs of the people we support, maximising their independence and supporting them to build relationships and maintain social networks. Cornerstone Connect provides day activities ranging from gardening and writing groups, art class, day trips and sports activity. With more classes and groups planned this is a great way to meet people and try new things. Supported Living service provides support to individuals in their family home or in their own tenancy. The level of support is based on the individual’s personal support needs which can range from just a few hours a day to 24 hour care. Community Support is tailored to each individual and ranges from help with personal care and preparing meals to assistance with budgeting and social support to enjoy recreational activities. Community Justice service provides support to individuals in their family home or in their own tenancy. The level of support is based on the individual’s personal support needs which can range from just a few hours a day to 24 hour care. Children’s Service help to promote independence, continued learning and friendships. We provide this service in the young person’s own home or in the community.
