Full service description:

There is a wide range of services on offer and can vary from educational support to day service support within their own homes, out and about in the local community or a mixture of both. The support we offer can includes: Personal Care Social and recreational activities Support to access education Finance and budgeting Housework Shopping Preparing meals Health needs Social and emotional support Our Community Support Service can also provide support in times of crisis, for both the individual and their family. The service aims to be both flexible and responsive to current and changing needs.
