Full service description:

With over 30 years experience, we have designed flexible services to meet the individual needs of the people we support, maximising their independence and supporting them to build relationships and maintain social networks. We identify outcomes based on four key areas increased social inclusion, improved health, improved independence and responsibility and improved wellbeing. Our staff work closely with the individual, and their families, to support these goals. In Aberdeen City we provide a range of services including: 24 Hr Support Children's services Community Justice Community Support Employment and Training
