Full service description:

We currently offer two different holiday options within the rural town of Callander. CYP Pods Newly arrived this year, we have 4 self-contained luxury glamping pods. They are the perfect solution for couples or solo travellers who are looking for a little extra privacy. Each pod offers a bathroom (with a shower), a fully-equipped kitchenette and unrivalled views of Ben Ledi. One is our custom designed, fully-accessible pod. Guests also have the use of our private car park, free WiFi and a communal garden area. CYP (Callander) Hostel Set in one of Callander’s oldest and most distinctive buildings, CYP Hostel currently offers a selection of private rooms (all of which are en-suite). The hostel includes a free parking area for guests and a shared garden area. Indoors, the hostel boasts a spacious lounge, free WIFI and a communal kitchen area. We’re based by the River Teith, at the start of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park and less than an hour’s drive away from Glasgow, Edinburgh and Perth. Set in stunning scenery, surrounded by the imposing and beautiful Ben Ledi and the Callander Crags, the hostel makes the perfect location for anyone wanting to discover all aspects of the National Park. Only 15 miles away to the east is the historic City of Stirling, with its Castle and the popular Wallace Monument. Within the National Park, there is an abundance of beautiful areas to explore, as well as plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities. Callander itself is a bustling town with all the amenities you could want but also with the benefit of being able to turn off the main street and within a few minutes being in the peace and tranquillity of open countryside. On the high street, no more than a short walk from the hostel, you can find two small supermarkets, as well as a selection of cafes, restaurants and pubs. You can find out about the measures we’ve implemented to help keep our guests and staff safe during the current Covid-19 pandemic here. The hostel is a social enterprise run by CYP. This allows us to offer employability training and opportunities to young people from the local area, with the profits being re-invested in other CYP projects. More broadly, CYP provides youth services for people (aged 9-29) living within Callander and the surrounding area €“ incorporating a variety of activities and development opportunities.
