Our accommodation consists of five generously sized luxury suites, complete with en-suite wet room and a wireless nurse call system that allows our guests to call a member of staff at any time of day or night when additional assistance is required.

Each suite is well equipped with high quality furnishings and includes adjustable profiling bed, Wi-Fi, smart TV and smart technology.

There is a large comfortable lounge/sitting room, separate dining kitchen and ambient conservatory, all with tranquil views to the Campsies and surrounding gardens.

Full service description:

Calico House is nestled at the foot of the Campsie Hills and its location is within easy access of all local amenities in and around the village of Lennoxtown.

In 2023 Calico House was modernised with a full internal refurbishment with features such as passenger lift, and the service has been appointed to the highest specifications to provide a space and welcoming environment for our guests.

Calico House combines all the modern facilities required for outstanding respite care within a delightful and tranquil setting.

There is also a dining kitchen, conservatory and a bright spacious lounge - the social hub of Calico House.

Safety lighting, handrails, nurse call system, secure door entry system, and a host of other features have been seamlessly woven into the fabric of the building.

We provide nursing care for those who are living with long term conditions and disabilities where more complex medical support is required. Our dedicated nursing team provide a person focused approach, ensuring all medical needs are met and that conditions can be managed professionally.

Calico House prides itself in its warm and friendly atmosphere.
