Brief description:
We provide a one hour visiting service once a week on a regular basis in their own homes to people over 60 who are elderly and frail or elderly people with dementia. The service is available Monday to Friday.

Anyone can make a referral - for themselves, a relative or friend. Professionals can also refer a client.
Full service description:
Our service helps to reduce isolation, increase social contact, help retain remaining skills and to give respite to carers. We have a part-time Project Manager and a team of trained volunteers.
