The Garden House provides eighteen stylish accessible apartments each with kitchen and wet room for guests with additional support needs and their families. Each wing has nine apartments, two of which are interconnecting and have an electric hoist. There is a spacious hall which can be used for social or educational events. Also, private onsite disabled parking. For larger groups each wing can be booked and accessed separately.

We have 18 rooms, all have walk in wetrooms. There are no stairs in the property everything including the communal areas is on one level. There are: 4 suites (bedrooms with a living/dining area and kitchen) 2 Fully accessible rooms (rise and fall bed, hoist, kitchen and dining area) 2 Annex rooms (these can be connected to the fully accessible rooms or stand alone as a double/twin room). 10 Double/Twin rooms (All rooms have a dining area, kitchen and a sofa or chairs). All rooms can be formatted as 1 king bed or 2 singles depending on preference.

Netherurd Garden House is situated within the beautiful grounds of Netherurd Estate. The Garden House is located within the secluded and secure two acre Walled Garden. We have 18 accessible apartments that can be booked individually or booked together. There are 2 wings (9 rooms each) with 2 communal halls. We welcome booking from health care providers that provide respite care. There is a 2 acre garden perfect for activities like archery or team building.
